I am the father of the groom's girlfriend. The groom's mother is deceased. His father is wondering if it is proper for me to have corsage at the wedding.

When first reading your question, it seemed the groom has a bride and a girlfriend! But I now see you mean the bride to be!

I see nothing preventing you from wearing a corsage. The decision for this is usually up to the bride and groom.
