How to sign my baby shower card to my step daughter whos having a baby?

I have seven grandchildren of my own. My husband has always been called Papa by all of them. My adult children love my husband, as he does them. My husbands daughter acts like she likes me, but hasn't always been so gracious. I would love to be called Mom Maw as all my little call me. She has stated I would be a part of the babies life. I just dont know how I should sign the gifts or the card.

Mom Maw

Since you have several grandchildren who all call you Mom Maw, that is your name to that generation. In the South, many grandparents are called by their special name by their grandchildren's friends too! Signing yourself as Mom Maw on the card/gift will graciously signal your desire to welcome a new grandchild into the grandkid group! I think it is a lovely gesture!
