I am going to a combined baby baptism for my grandson and his twin cousins who are not related to me. Do I have to give a gift to his cousins?

No, you do not "have to" give a gift to his cousins. However, if you are attending the ceremony, please bring a card of congratulations for the parents of the cousins with a nice personal note. That will be a perfect gift.
