I have no idea whether or not you should give your granddaughter’s boyfriend a gift.
Actually, I don’t know the occasion for the gift, your relationship with your granddaughter and whether or not you have even met her boyfriend. My guess is you should do what feels right to you. Whatever that is will be appropriate.
