My daughters dad and I are separated and the divorce is not going well at all. no one in my family likes him and my daughter is very upset with me that her dad is not invited to her graduation. I cannot be in the same room with him. Now my daughter hates me.

Dear Liz~

You have not asked me a question so I have nothing to which I can respond.

However, I will take this opportunity to point out that this is your daughter's day. She is not divorcing her father, you are. It is extremely poor manners to upset the celebrant of what should be a happy occasion. How other family members feel about her father is of no consequence as this is your daughter's day. It is not surprising that she is angry with you. I suggest you do everything you can to fix this.
