I have a baby shower I am giving on December the 15th. It will be Christmas themed. How soon should I get the invites out? It gets really busy during the Holidays.

Save the Date

Dear Carrie,

Your best chance of having your invitations noticed is to send out a "Save the Date" postcard right away. Then you can send out the actual invitation 3 weeks before the event. That way your guests see it twice and are more likely to put your event on their calendars before other holiday celebrations.
